We   provide   clients   with   a   professional,   hands-on   service   that   draws   on   over   25   years experience in the NZ and Queensland property industries. A   wide   range   of   services   are   available   with   flexibility   to   cater   for   client’s   individual   needs, from   architectural   design,   development   potential   identification   and   district   plan   evaluation to preparation and negotiation of resource, building and subdivision consents. We    produce    architectural    drawings    in-house    or    can    provide    an    overview    of    those produced by others and also offer a consultant co-ordination service. We are able to project manage all aspects of the design phase of any project. Whether    it    be    concept    design    or    maximising    development    potential,    mixed    use developments   or   subdivision   of   rural   blocks,   solutions   are   found   always   with   the   objective to ultimately be able to gain Council consent. Our   fee   structures   are   reasonable   and   can   be   a   fixed   fee   per   project,   weekly   retainer   or an hourly rate basis. Whatever suits the client best.
